NEW - Affordable New Zealand Plantation Blocks: The New Zealand Dollar has fallen sharply this year against the US Dollar. This has produced very attractive buying opportunities for US Dollar investors into New Zealand. Available are parcels of private title land ranging from 10 to 50 acres, fully planted with 5 and 6 year old radiata pine. These tracts have been actively managed to create high quality stands - genetically improved stock has been used, pruning is underway as stands reach optimum size.
